01Register
Every house, every member, one register.
Houses by ward, families, members abroad and life events, kept current by the committee and readable at a glance.
- Bring your book or spreadsheet in through one Excel template
- Data health shows what needs fixing before it matters
- Names in Malayalam and English, side by side

02Varisankhya
Collections that add up, month after month.
Dues are raised once a month for every house. A payment clears the oldest month first and gets a numbered receipt.
- Receipts are never deleted; a mistake is cancelled with a reason
- Each fund keeps its own series and totals
- Arrears inform the committee; they never block a service

03Certificates
Certificates anyone can verify.
Membership, nikah NOC and death and burial certificates in Malayalam and English, signed in the app by two office-bearers.
- A QR code opens a public check that shows only what proves it genuine
- A certificate never changes; a wrong one is withdrawn with a reason
- Nikah certificates support registration with the local body; they do not replace it

Your data
Your mahallu's data stays your mahallu's
A mahallu's records are an amanah, a trust held for the community. The mahallu decides how they are used; OptiFi runs the system for you and follows your instructions.
Kept in India
Data is stored on Amazon Web Services in Mumbai, encrypted, with daily backups.
Only your committee
Each office-bearer sees what their role needs. OptiFi staff cannot open your records without a logged, time-limited permission from you.
No government ID numbers
Rabita One never asks for or stores national ID numbers. Names, houses and phone numbers are enough to run a mahallu.
Information, not punishment
Arrears are shown to the committee as information. Rabita One never blocks a certificate or a service on its own; the committee decides.

Go live

A mahallu nikah certificate supports the couple when they register their marriage with the local body. It does not replace that registration.
Read moreQuestions
Does it work in Malayalam?
Yes. Every screen, receipt, notice and certificate is in Malayalam and English, and names are kept in both.
Can we bring our existing register?
Yes. Copy it into our Excel template; Rabita One checks every row before anything is saved.
Do families need to install an app?
No. Families receive receipts and notices on WhatsApp or SMS.
Is the nikah certificate a legal marriage registration?
No. The mahallu certificate supports registration with the local body; it does not replace it.
Who can see member details?
Only your committee, by role. OptiFi's platform console shows counts, never names, phones or amounts.
What happens to receipts and people who leave?
Nothing is deleted. Members change status (married out, transferred, deceased) and receipts are cancelled with a reason.
